1 Installation problems

It might be caused by looseness of the locknut and the bolt on the upper part.

2 Wrong installation sequence

If it is not installed following the installation numbers, it will cause abnormal sounds.

1 Tighten the locknut according to the torque mentioned in the Installation Instruction Manual and the installation status (installation sequence, directions, falloff, etc.) of each component and looseness of the lockcnut. (Tightened in 1G state)

2 If there are any damage of the outer tube or any sign of contact with vehicle body, it might be the installation sequence problem. Install the product by following the correct installation sequence.

Even the installation is correct, the abnormal sound might happen caused by the contact between the product and the vehicle body due to the wrong stock and dimension size of the product.

Even if there is no abnormal sound at the initial stage of installation, the looseness of the mounting portion after a certain time of running might cause abnormal sound. Moreover, incomplete installation (the some parts are missing, incorrect installation etc.) of the bracket components might cause abnormal sound.

The upper bracket, coil spring, and the shock absorber altogether determine the mounting direction. Please unify the directions of these parts. In particular, please pay attention not to cause a deviation between the front end of the spiral portion of the original coil spring and the hole of the coil spring washer.

1 Clacking sound

Sometimes it is the sound of the internal valve action. Pay particular attention to this in quiet vehicles.

2 Squeaking sound

It is the sound of oil passing through the valve. The noise can be lower if it is filled with gas.

1.2.The sound is caused by the movement of the shock absorber, not the product failure.

The clucking/squeaking sound is caused by the movement of the shock absorber, and it happens on the new installed products. It is not a performance problem.

Air is mixed into the inner tube when product is placed horizontally. Please move the piston rod several times after placing it in the vertical position.

The sealing property is lost due to oil seal damage caused by the damage of the piston rod.

Replace the damaged parts with new ones.

The thin layer of grease attached to the piston rod remains during production. Before the confirmation of the oil leaking, pls wipe the grease off and let the piston rod move several times.

1 During the installation of the locknut and the stud bolts, the torque exceeds the specified torque. In addition, if abnormal sound occurs due to insufficient tightening torque, the stud bolts can be damaged if the part continues to be used.

2 When using the upper bracket other than the original or provided by the original manufacture, the bolts may be damaged.

3 If the bolt is over tightened or the tightening torque is insufficient, the parts may be damaged or bent. Or, if the washer is installed in the reverse direction, the mounting part of the eye ring may be damaged.

4 Mishandling Installation sequence may cause bending/damage.

Replace with the new parts. (Do not use the wrench when tightening, and strictly follow the torque specified for each part.)

If the tightening torque is not strictly followed, or the malfunction caused by using the upper bracket parts other than the original ones, it is not our responsibility. Pls understand that.
